Shipping and Return Policy
Orders will be shipped out 24-48 hours after purchase. We offer Priority and Express 2-day shipping for all domestic orders via USPS. UPS will be used for larger orders. We do not currently offer international shipping.
- We want our customers to be happy, satisfied and thrilled with our products. If you’re less than any of the things, we’ll refund 100% of your money back, no questions asked, within 30 days of your purchase. We’ll also send you a 20% discount to use on your next purchased item.
- Unfortunately, shipping charges back to us for normal returns are not covered. However, if your returning the product based on our error (damaged product or wrong item), we’ll refund your shipping costs, along with the original cost of the item, upon receiving your return.
- You may ship back your item in any packaging you prefer, however, please include your name, email address, phone number and order number somewhere in your packaging.
- Exchanges do not apply. No returns are available for sample items.
- To cancel an order, call our customer service line as soon as possible at 435-680-3850. If your order is canceled before shipping, we’ll issue an immediate and full refund. After shipment, regular return policies must be carried out.
- Please allow a transactional period of 7-10 days for refunds to be deposited after returns are received and processed.
